Incheon Foundation for Art and Culture
The foundation is nonprofit Public established in 2004 by the fund of Incheon Metropolitan City in order to promote culture and arts in Incheon.
It has encouraged citizens’ cultural enjoyment and their voluntary cultural activities and supported Incheon-based artists and communities’ creative works while it has carried forward various project for vitalizing local culture. Running Incheon Art Platform and Tribowl the mutiplex cultural arts centers, the very first general literature museum the Museum of Modern Korean Literature, IFAC is truly a core organization of Incheon culture.

TriBowl Cultural Center
Tri-Bowl is a multi-purpose, integrated cultural arts space including an arena shaped performance space, education about culture and art as well as exhibits, run by the Incheon Foundation for Arts and Culture and commissioned by the City of Incheon. In order to turn Incheon into a cultural city, the Incheon Foundation for Arts and Culture is holding performances, education about culture and arts as well as exhibits at Tri-Bowl, while also working for the growth of the regional culture and arts community linking the old and new cities
Main Space (Concert Hall)
Surround by birch tree panels, this beautiful performance space is feature area of Tri-Bowl, and offers spectators unique visual and auditory artistic experiences. In particular, audience seating forms part of the round stage, optimized for performances allowing spectators to feel the breath of the performers. The 350 audience seats are arranged in step form, allowing directors to utilize them in various ways.

A repertory development project is currently underway for the development of creative performance art content, a regional cooperation project to invigorate regional cultural arts, and a performance planning project intended to provide a range of diverse performance programs for citizens
Education
The Tri-Bowl education project aims to educate citizens on cultural arts for their enjoyment and help them to find enjoyment in their lives through personal participation in the medium of art.
Taking advantage of Tri-Bowl's location in the heart of Songdo New City, a range of hands-on cultural arts educational programs for all citizens from children, to adults and even whole families are taking place with the themes of performing arts, architecture and city, and ecological environment.
